Our founding Director, Mr. Joseph Mchunu began his career in Claims Administration in 1994 as a management trainee at Commercial Union Insurance Ltd. and has worked at Eagis Insurance Ltd. and Guardian National Ltd. before joining Crawford & Co. SA as a junior loss adjuster in 1998. 

To date, he has held Loss Adjusting positions at Proloss Gauteng, Jafta & Associates, Sizwe Loss Adjusters, and Elite Consulting and recently worked as an Internal Assessor at ABSA Insurance Ltd., Santam Insurance Ltd., and Standard Insurance Ltd.
